AN ACT PROHIBITING BUSINESSES FROM IMPOSING A SURCHARGE ON CONSUMERS WHO REQUEST TO RECEIVE BILLS IN PAPER FORM.

To provide that no person doing business in this state shall require a consumer to pay a surcharge in order to receive a bill in paper form.
