AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A SEWER PROJECT IN THE VILLAGE OF HANOVER.
To provide funding for the installation of a force main and sewer lines in the village of Hanover in the town of Sprague and replace existing lines that are over one hundred years old, collapsing and causing sewer backup into residential homes.
