AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE SEWAGE SPILL RIGHT-TO-KNOW STATUTE.

To amend the sewage spill right-to-know statute to provide for timely notification to the public of sewage spills that may pose a threat to the public health or the environment.
