AN ACT REDEFINING CLASS I ENERGY SOURCES AND ELIMINATING PROGRAMS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF POWER FROM FUEL CELLS AND OTHER CARBON-EMITTING POWER SOURCES.
To (1) redefine "Class I renewable energy source" to include any nuclear power generated in the state and exclude any carbon-emitting generation sources located outside the state, and (2) eliminate any program that derives funding from ratepayers in the state for the purpose of procuring power from fuel cells or other carbon-emitting power generators.
