AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF AUTOMATIC EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS.

To protect physicians and other health care professionals who use automated external defibrillators in the scope of their practice or employment against civil liability when the automatic external defibrillator malfunctions.
