AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF POLYFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES IN FOOD PACKAGING AND FIREFIGHTER FOAM.

To protect the health and safety of consumers and particularly children and firefighters who are at greatest risk of adverse health impacts from exposure to polyfluoroalkyl substances.
