AN ACT CLARIFYING THE ROLE OF THE OFFICE OF THE LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN IN THE MANDATED REPORTING OF ABUSE OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND DELETING OBSOLETE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

To clarify the role of the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman regarding mandated reporting of the abuse of elderly persons and to delete obsolete statutory provisions.
