AN ACT REQUIRING SELF-FUNDED MUNICIPALITIES IN THIS STATE TO PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR BREAST CANCER SCREENINGS.
To require that any self-funded municipality in this state provide health insurance coverage for breast cancer screening services, including mammograms, tomosynthesis, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasounds.
