AN ACT REQUIRING COSMETICS SOLD AND MANUFACTURED IN CONNECTICUT TO MEET CHEMICAL SAFETY STANDARDS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.

To prevent exposure to chemicals in cosmetics sold or manufactured in Connecticut that the European Union has determined to be unsafe.
