AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO SUBMIT PLANS FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT TREE CUTTING UNDERTAKEN BY SAID AGENCY.
To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to submit plans, in advance, for any significant tree removal projects to the General Assembly.
