AN ACT CONCERNING THIRD-PARTY NONPROFIT COMMUNITY ACCESS PROVIDERS AND MUNICIPAL PROGRAMMING.

To require third-party nonprofit community access providers to provide written consent for towns to conduct certain activities regarding education and government public access and community access programming.
