AN ACT ALLOWING OUT-OF-STATE TELEHEALTH PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES TO PATIENTS IN THIS STATE.
To establish that the requirements for licensure, certification or registration of telehealth providers include out-of-state telehealth providers who are Medicaid-enrolled providers or in-network providers for commercially, fully insured health insurance providing telehealth services to patients.
