AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE FEASIBILITY OF OPENING THE STATE EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLAN TO ADDITIONAL RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE.

To create more affordable, high-quality health care options for small business owners and their employees, as well as incentives for millennials to live and work in this state, by requiring the Comptroller to study the feasibility of opening the state employee health plan to additional residents of this state.
