AN ACT CONCERNING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY'S JURISDICTION OVER COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE CABLE TELEVISION AND INTERNET SERVICES.

To give the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority additional jurisdiction over companies that provide cable television and Internet services to increase consumer protection.
