AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION TO ESTABLISH A SINGLE UNIFORM BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSE APPLICATION.
To require the Department of Consumer Protection to establish a single uniform business permit and license application without modifying any fee or cost currently imposed for a business permit, license or any application required therefor.
