AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO PAY FOR ANY SURVEY OF A STATE-OWNED LAKE THAT SAID DEPARTMENT REQUIRES.
To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to pay for any survey of a state-owned lake when said department requires such survey to be performed.
