AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR FERTILITY FRAUD.
To provide that an action to recover damages for personal injury to a person caused by fertility fraud may be brought not later than three years from the date the minor child reaches the age of majority, or three years after the date on which the fraud is discovered, whichever occurs later.
