AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES INSTRUCTORS.
To eliminate the requirement that an emergency medical services instructor be certified as an emergency medical technician, advanced emergency medical technician or paramedic by the national organization for emergency medical certification.
