AN ACT CONCERNING OUT-OF-NETWORK HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.

To require an out-of-network health care provider to inform an insured that the provider is out-of-network, and provide the insured with an opportunity to decline to receive health care services from the provider, before the provider provides health care services to the insured.
