AN ACT ELIMINATING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT FELONY OFFENSES AGAINST A MINOR AND REQUIRING PARENTS TO WATCH A SEXUAL ASSAULT PREVENTION PROGRAM.

To eliminate the statute of limitations in the case of a felony sexual assault with a minor victim and to require local and regional school districts to require parents or guardians to watch a sexual assault prevention program.
