AN ACT CONCERNING THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONSERVATORS.

To require that any person appointed as a conservator pursuant to the provisions of chapter 802h of the general statutes shall, not later than sixty days after the date of appointment, have and maintain on file a conserved person's next of kin, vital statistics and wishes for disposal of body and communicate such information to the appropriate individuals upon the conserved person's death.
