AN ACT AUTHORIZING A FEE ON HEALTH INSURERS THAT ISSUE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS IN THE STATE.
To authorize the state to impose a fee on health insurers that issue Medicare Advantage plans in the state to recoup certain health care costs for services provided to Medicaid-Medicare beneficiaries in the state.
