AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX ON CERTAIN POLITICAL COMMITTEES AND CANDIDATE COMMITTEES.
To establish a tax on political committees and candidate committees that raise and spend funds in the state and to dedicate the revenue generated from such tax to the support of the Citizens' Election Program and other elections-related endeavors.
