AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
To (1) require that the Public Utility Regulatory Authority be composed of not fewer than five members, one of whom has personal experience with a disability and one of whom with an annual income less than the state median income, and (2) to prohibit current or former employees of, or current or former lobbyists for, any public utility company in the state from serving on the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
