AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS TO OFFER PATIENTS A TEST FOR HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS AT LEAST ONCE ANNUALLY.

To increase testing, protect members of the public and decrease the stigma surrounding a test for human immunodeficiency virus.
