AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO ACQUIRE A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE.

To ensure the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection facilitates firearm transfers from person to person in compliance with rules established by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms regarding such transfers.
