AN ACT CONCERNING LIVERY SERVICE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND ELDERLY PERSONS.

To allow temporary and permanent livery permit holders to use stretcher vans to transport elderly persons and persons with disabilities who must be transported on a stretcher.
