AN ACT MAKING THE COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE KNOWLEDGE TEST AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN INCARCERATED PERSONS.

To require the Department of Correction to establish a program to make preparation materials for and administration of the commercial driver's license knowledge test available to certain incarcerated persons.
