AN ACT CONCERNING THE RETAIL OPERATION OF OPTICAL ESTABLISHMENTS, OFFICES AND STORES.
To permit optical establishments, offices and stores to remain open in the absence of a licensed optician in the case of an emergency and to prevent an establishment, office or store from displaying optical glasses or kindred products or other instruments to aid vision for purchase online without a permit.
