AN ACT PROHIBITING DEALERS FROM PREPRINTING THE ORDER AND INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH NEGOTIABLE FEES.
To prohibit a dealer from printing the order and invoice for the purchase of a motor vehicle with negotiable fees in advance of discussions with a prospective buyer.
