AN ACT CONCERNING GOOD SAMARITAN PROTECTIONS FOR FIRST RESPONDERS AND ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS WHO RENDER EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO ANIMALS.

To extend civil immunity under the Good Samaritan law to first responders and animal control officers who provide emergency medical assistance to animals.
