AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFICATES OF APPROVAL FOR MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERSHIPS AND REPAIR SHOPS.
To require that a certificate of approval concerning the location of a motor vehicle dealership or repair shop be issued by the zoning commission, combined planning and zoning commission or other board or authority designated by the municipality and to remove such authority from zoning boards of appeals.
