AN ACT PHASING OUT THE SALE AND MANUFACTURE OF COSMETICS THAT USE ANIMAL TESTING IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT.

To phase out the sale and manufacture of cosmetics that utilize animal testing in any phase of their development, as the state of California has recently done.
