AN ACT REQUIRING THAT HEALTH CARRIERS COLLECT OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR COVERED BENEFITS.
To require that health carriers collect any coinsurance, copayment, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense due and owing for a covered benefit that the health care provider provided to the insured.
