AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN IN THE TEMPORARY CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.

To require the Commissioner of Children and Families to return a child removed from his or her home to such home if, within ninety-six hours of such removal, the Superior Court does not issue an order vesting the child's temporary care and custody in a suitable person or agency.
