AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTORAL PRIVILEGES OF PAROLEES AND CERTAIN INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS.

To provide for restoration of electoral privileges to parolees and individuals incarcerated as a result of felony convictions, and for retention of such privileges by individuals who may be so incarcerated in the future.
