AN ACT REQUIRING THE LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF CERTAIN EXECUTIVE ORDERS ISSUED WHILE THE LEGISLATURE IS IN SESSION.
To require legislative approval of executive orders issued pursuant to a public health or civil preparedness emergency declaration when the legislature is in session.
