AN ACT REQUIRING STATE AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN GUN BUY-BACK PROGRAMS TO HAVE A VALID PERMIT TO CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER.
To require all state and municipal employees involved in gun buy-back programs to have a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver.
