AN ACT CONCERNING INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION OF A DOG AS A SERVICE ANIMAL TO GAIN ACCOMMODATIONS.
To uphold the integrity of service animal protections under the ADA, discourage fraudulent behavior and ensure that individuals who rely on trained service animals for disabilities are not hindered or endangered by the misrepresentation of unqualified animals.
