AN ACT CONCERNING PROSECUTORIAL ACCOUNTABILITY.

To shorten the term of state's attorneys from eight to five years and require each state's attorney appear annually before the Criminal Justice Commission for testimony concerning certain case level data pertaining to defendants who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of the commission of an alleged offense.
