AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN BROWNFIELD PROGRAMS FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES.
To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to study the feasibility and potential benefits of expanding the eligibility requirements for participation in brownfield programs to certain municipalities.
