AN ACT CONCERNING ONLINE PLATFORMS THAT COLLECT CONTRIBUTIONS AND AUTHORIZING STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION JURISDICTION OVER VOTING AT THE MEETINGS OF CERTAIN DISTRICTS.
To exclude certain voluntary payments given by contributors to online political donation platforms from the definition of "contribution" and from the provisions regarding illegal campaign finance practices, to require the State Elections Enforcement Commission to hire additional personnel and to give the commission jurisdiction over the elections of certain districts.
