AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ORDINANCES CONCERNING STREET TAKEOVERS.
To permit a municipality, by ordinance, to prohibit the organization of, participation in or observation of a street takeover, and provide for the seizure and forfeiture to the municipality of any motor vehicle involved in a street takeover.
