AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CONTINUATION OF CSCU 2020, ADJUSTING CERTAIN POWERS OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION, ADJUSTING CERTAIN STATE CONTRACTING-RELATED THRESHOLDS AND REPEALING AND REDUCING CERTAIN BOND AUTHORIZATIONS.
To authorize the continuation of CSCU 2020 and make revisions to statutes governing CSCU 2020, adjust certain powers of the Board of Regents for Higher Education, adjust certain state contracting-related thresholds and repeal and reduce certain bond authorizations.
