AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRACTING WITH QUASI-PUBLIC AGENCIES UNDER THE STATE CODE OF ETHICS.
To expand the prohibition against certain individuals contracting with state agencies under the state code of ethics unless awarded through an open and public process to include contracts with quasi-public agencies.
