AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY FOLLOWING MELANOMA SURGERY ON THE FACE.
To require that individual and group health insurance policies provide health insurance coverage for reconstructive surgery following melanoma surgery on the face, including surgical procedures necessary to correct disfigurement, restore normal symmetry and correct functional impairments resulting from such melanoma surgery.
