AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS.

To require the Commissioner of Public Health to authorize any director of health to issue a permit for a temporary food service establishment for a period exceeding fourteen days to any vendor that intends to serve food and drink in a combined food hall and marketplace.
