AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE OPERATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION.

To (1) require certain persons doing business in this state to provide bills to certain consumers in paper form, (2) provide that certain persons doing business in this state shall not impose any charge or fee for providing bills to consumers in paper form, and (3) establish a task force to study the operations of the Department of Consumer Protection.
