AN ACT CONCERNING BALLOT ACCESS FOR PETITIONING CANDIDATES.

To establish a uniform primary petition signature threshold for state-wide office candidates and require the applicable filing authorities for such petitions to provide daily updates of verified signatures on submitted pages.
