AN ACT CONCERNING CANCELLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES.
To provide that (1) a consumer may cancel any telecommunications service during a billing cycle, and (2) in the event of any such cancellation, the telecommunications company providing such service shall (A) not charge the consumer for any period following such cancellation, and (B) provide a pro rata rebate to the consumer for any prepaid telecommunications service.
